North American Thoroughbred Horse Company
Mission Statement
To professionally manage and optimise the experience for new owners in the Thoroughbred horse racing industry.
Our History
The North American Thoroughbred Horse Company is privately owned and managed by Glen Todd. Well known throughout the Thoroughbred Racing community and very successful in the horse racing business for over five decades, Glen is a breeder - owner and trained his own horses for several years.
NATHC’s winning record speaks for itself. In the past few years, we have purchased several horses at the September CTHS sale which have developed into Stake winners. These include the 2-year-old filly, Sunnyside Gal – winner of the 2011 Sadie Diamond Futurity and the 2011 BC Cup Debutante Stakes, Taylor’s Deal - winner of his first start in 2011 and Cherokee Notion - winner of three races in 2011, including the Sir Winston Churchill. NATHC has several other solid runners like the following winners at the 2011 BC Turf Awards: St. Liam’s Halo – Champion Older Male, Dashing Daisy – Champion Older Female, Herescomelucky – Champion 2-year-old Male, plus the speedy Classic Alley Kat – Champion Sprinter. This is just a small example of the successful NATHC stable.
Our dedication to the "Sport of Kings" is evident in the expertise and combined knowledge of our employees. Many of NATHC's team members have grown up around horses or have been involved with them in some manner throughout their lives. The well-being of our Thoroughbreds is the number one priority for our staff.
NATHC is passionate about Thoroughbred horse racing and strives to promote this exciting sport both within and outside the racing community. For potential owners, North American Thoroughbred Horse Company provides invaluable information, experience and management ability in the world of Thoroughbred racing.
